Please take a moment to carefully review the policies outlined below before finalizing your purchase. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent creative process for both of us.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due immediately at checkout for all graphic design services.
If an invoice is issued, clients have 12 HOURS to settle the invoice; failure to do so will result in the invoice being nullified, and a new one must be created. After third invoice is sent and payment voids you will be directed straight to website for purchase.

REFUNDS & REVISIONS

No refunds are provided once services have been purchased.
Three free revisions are included with each project.
Additional revisions beyond the included three will incur a fee of $20 per draft, payable prior to the commencement of the next draft.
If services are ghosted or not completed within 30 days there will be an restart fee.
If any payments are disputed you will be banned and legal action will be taken.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Upon completion of the project and full payment, the client retains full ownership of the final designs, while the designer reserves the right to showcase the work in portfolios and promotional materials.
We uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards, ensuring the protection of client information and compliance with relevant regulations.

Website Development & Packages can take up to 1-2 weeks for full completion.

Rush Fee: 2-3 Business Days

Rush Fee cannot be added to PACKAGES OR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Revisions Turnaround : small changes can be same day, full new design can be

up to 3 Business Day return.
