By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent creative process for both of us.
PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due immediately at checkout for all graphic design services.

If an invoice is issued, clients have 12 HOURS to settle the invoice; failure to do so will result in the invoice being nullified, and a new one must be created. After third invoice is sent and payment voids you will be directed straight to website for purchase.

REFUNDS & REVISIONS

No refunds are provided once services have been purchased.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payments already made will not be refunded. This is final.

Three free revisions are included with each project.

Additional revisions beyond the included three will incur a fee of $20 per draft, payable prior to the commencement of the next draft.

If services are ghosted or not completed within 30 days there will be an restart fee.

( if want to use at later date ) Purchased graphic design services are valid for up to 3 months from the booking date. Any services not used within that time will require a restart fee before they can be redeemed.

If any payments are disputed you will be banned and legal action will be taken.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Upon completion of the project and full payment, the client retains full ownership of the final designs, while the designer reserves the right to showcase the work in portfolios and promotional materials.

We uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards, ensuring the protection of client information and compliance with relevant regulations.

Clients may not significantly alter, recreate, resell, or redistribute the final design in a way that misrepresents the designer’s original work without permission.

Delaying of information submission can delay your services.
Standard Turn Around Time: A LA CARTE Services 4-6 Business days
Website Development & Packages can take up to 1-2 weeks for full completion.
Rush Fee: 2-3 Business Days
Rush Fee cannot be added to PACKAGES OR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
Revisions Turnaround : small changes can be same day, full new design can be
up to 3 Business Day return.
IF you are looking to release on a specific date or deadline please make that known immediately after booking to ensure on time delivery of services.
During peak season please expect slight delays with proper updating and communication
PLEASE, DO NOT CONSTANTLY ASK FOR UPDATES AS THEY ARE GIVEN WHEN THEY ARE AVAILABLE.
CREATIVE RESPECT POLICY

Please come prepared with a clear vision for your design. If you are undecided and choose to let me freestyle, you must provide very specific feedback after the first draft. Explain exactly what you like, what you do not like, and what you want to see in the next draft so I have clear direction moving forward.

Honest feedback is welcome, but please keep it respectful. Calling my work “basic” or “plain,” or saying that “no effort” or “no creativity” went into it, does not explain what you would like changed. Rude or insulting feedback will not be tolerated.

Each purchase includes three revisions, which must be used with that purchase. When requesting changes, please be direct and specific about what you like, what you do not like, and what you would like to see instead. Clear feedback helps me understand your vision and make the most of your revisions.
