Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately at checkout for all graphic design services.

  • If an invoice is issued, clients have three days to settle the invoice; failure to do so will result in the invoice being nullified, and a new one must be created.

Refunds + Revisions

  • No refunds are provided once services have commenced.

  • Three free revisions are included with each project.

  • Additional revisions beyond the included three will incur a fee of $20 per draft, payable prior to the commencement of the next draft.

Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, and Communication

  • Upon completion of the project and full payment, the client retains full ownership of the final designs, while the designer reserves the right to showcase the work in portfolios and promotional materials.

  • We uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards, ensuring the protection of client information and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Effective communication is essential for project success. Clients are expected to maintain proper communication throughout the design process. If a client fails to respond or communicate more than three times, they may no longer be eligible to book services with us.

TURN AROUND TIME

Our turnaround time for graphic design projects may vary based on the responsiveness of the client and the complexity of the design specifications. We strive to accommodate our clients' timelines to the best of our ability, but delays in providing feedback or additional requirements may extend the completion timeframe. Clear and prompt communication from both parties ensures a smoother and more efficient design process, ultimately leading to timely delivery of high-quality results.
